About Kelly
Kelly’s classes are grounded in the traditional teachings of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, drawing from her 350-hour certification.
With a light-hearted teaching style and a genuine desire to build meaningful connections, she creates an environment where students feel supported, at ease and encouraged.
Kelly’s passion and teachings lie in pranayama, Dharna and Dhyana (meditation) helping you cultivate deep inner awareness and discover a sense of peace within. Her classes welcome all levels and range from gentle, restorative practices to more steady postures and mindful holds that cultivate strength and stability.
Each session weaves together pranayama, meditation, and the gentle vibrations of sound bowl healing to support deeper presence and a more grounded state of being. She likes to remind her students that yoga is not about perfection or achieving the “ideal” asana, but about meeting ourselves with compassion, joy, and awareness.
Through ease rather than force, we learn to let go and truly listen to the body and mind.
