Our Services
A 60-Minute Ashtanga & Hatha yoga class which are both based on one common principle of holding the asana (pose) for a particular time, we follow the blue print of the 8 Limbs of Yoga with an emphasis on Pranayama (breath control) and Meditation.
A-60 minute class where we work on any specific goals you have either physically, spiritually or mentally. We can work together on specific asana's, pranayama techniques and meditations for a holistic approach.
Meet Kelly
Teacher at Inner Light Yoga
From an early age, movement has always felt natural to me.
I grew up dancing, expressing myself physcially, and loved the freedom of the body. Yoga also found me when I was young, though at the time I didn’t realise how deeply it would shape my life.
It wasn’t until many years later, during a challenging period, that yoga returned with purpose.
Before I developed a consistent practice, I often felt overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of myself.
My confidence and sense of self‑worth were at an all‑time low, and I was constantly searching for answers outside of myself.
As I continued learning, practicing, and listening inwards, yoga became one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received. It taught me to understand my emotions and navigate life’s ups and downs with more ease.
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience. To me, yoga is far more than just a physical practice, it’s a lived, embodied philosophy that naturally extends into every part of life.
My intention is to share the magic of traditional yoga in a way that is accessible and easy to understand, so that you too, can awaken to your own insights, free from anyone else’s definitions.
